Hi, my name is Ryan Stefek. I was born and raised in Billings, Montana just a stone’s throw from the banks of the mighty Yellowstone River. That is where my love of all that Montana’s outdoors have to offer began. I spent all of my free time on those banks, whether I was fishing or dressed in all camo and stalking deer with my buddies. The thing I remember the most is walking to the river with my dad as a kid to fish for the illusive “Him”; the big fish. I have explored all over Montana and I have never stopped hunting for that fish!

I have been a fishing guide on the Big Horn River since 2004, and guiding bird hunters since 2007. Whether I’m following my pointers through the stubble fields and over the hills, or throwing streamers on the many miles of the Horn… I’m livin’ the dream. I love this state, this river, this valley and this life!
