Welcoming and Gracious

From the moment we arrived, JOhn and Rebecca were welcoming and gracious.  We had so much fun with all of the crew at Eagle Nest Lodge.  I can’t think of one thing that was lacking, except maybe that we didn’t have more time to spend there.  Travis and Dori, Spokane, WA

Feel like family.

John was able to guide me based on my fishing ability and preferences.  We fished where and how I wanted to fish.  With other guides it seems the tendency is to fish based on a standard routine.  John was great and I felt lucky to have him as my guide this year.  I honestly have no complaints at all.  John and Rebecca feel like family.  I look forward to many more trips to Eagle Nest Lodge.  Mark T.  Fresno, CA

Everything was great.

Everything was great, but the friendliness of John and Rebecca, the cleanliness of the accommodations, and they don’t charge extra for anything!  These things stand out as unique qualities of Eagle Nest.  Ed D.  California

Fifth or 6th trip to Eagle Nest Lodge

This is probably my fifth or sixth trip to Eagle Nest Lodge. I have fished with dozens of guides and stayed at many lodges across the country. John and Rebecca’s operation is far and away the best. Adam and Sam are outstanding guides and have become friends. Other than over-feeding me, I have no complaints. If this isn’t the lodge of the year again please let me know where it is, it has to be out of this world. Doug W. – Nebraska 4/2//09

Great Advertising!

Homer doubting John\'s fishing stories.HomerAs you can see from the attached photos, Jacqueline and I are the proud owners of an obviously intelligent dog – Homer by name. Homer and I were talking about fishing when I snapped these shots – the one shot with the narrow eyelids was a result of me telling him that I caught more fish than Lou on the last trip – even my dog knows when I’m lying. Miss you all.

Quality is high standard.

Quality is high standard.  Food portions were too generous for my preference.   Every meal was presented well and would not have been out of place in some of the worlds best restaurants.  Every aspect was a pleasure.  While the fishing was excellent, the stay at the lodge was a treat.  Rebecca and John are wonderful hosts.  John R.  Canada
